“I woke up on my 23rd birthday to the most delicious lemon poppy seed birthday cake I’ve ever eaten. Yes…I ate it for breakfast, it was just that good!!! The Yellow Mushroom Cake had a creamy lemon frosting and the cake itself was dense but light in the same. AND did I mention it was entirely vegan?!?! The moss was made from crumbled cake bits and the mushrooms were made from safe to eat colored fondant. The flowers were just the perfect add on —which truly brought nature to life in this piece. All I’m saying is, Julia makes the best cakes, especially the vegan ones!! She isn’t only a baker she is an artist. Also, enjoy looking at the Chocolate Log Cake she made for my 22nd birthday. Julia is now the person I call when I want a cake or even a delicious snickerdoodle cookie. She never disappoints!”

“The night of my 22nd birthday I had friends over to celebrate. To my surprise Julia’s cake was exactly what I was hoping for, but better than I could’ve dreamed. This Chocolate Log Cake was so intricate! The swirls of frosting all around the top of the trunk and the bottom were so unique —just like a natural tree would be. The chocolate cake and frosting was mouth watering; AND vegan. Similar to the Yellow Mushroom Cake, the mushrooms and moss were entirely edible and a perfect touch. I’m so grateful I’ve gotten cakes from Julia for my 22nd & 23rd birthday. I plan on being a lifelong costumer to Julia, a baker who really cares about her product.
