The Process

  1. Submit a Cake Request Form
    Share your date, venue, guest count, and your initial ideas for sizes, flavors, & design.
    *Please submit as soon as possible, 3-9 months out is recommended.

  2. I’ll Reach Out
    We’ll go over design ideas, flavor preferences, serving size, and details like delivery and setup.

  3. Schedule a Consultation

    In-person or virtual consultations (free with booking) are available to discuss details.

  4. Optional Tasting
    Tasting boxes are available (free with booking) so you can try a few favorite flavors before locking it in.

  5. Booking
    I’ll send a quote and contract. A 50% deposit is due at time of booking to save your date.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes, I deliver throughout the east side for an additional fee! Fees are calculated based off of mileage as well as complexity of delivery (i.e. chairlift, mountain roads, etc)

  • Yes! I offer tastings for 2 people with 4 flavors for $50. Each additional flavor is $10.

  • Yes, feel free to set up a consultation call by filling out the Wedding Cake Request Form or emailing me directly at JuliaEveBaking@gmail.com.

  • I accept wedding orders up to 12 months in advance and always welcome shorter timeline inquiries when availability allows. Weekends during high wedding season often fill up months in advance, so booking early is encouraged. For weddings booked within 1–2 months, I’ll do my best to accommodate your date, and orders placed within 30 days during peak season may incur a rush fee.

  • For dessert bars, it’s best to account for 2-3 pieces per guest. If you’re serving cake for everyone as well, 1-2 pieces per guest is fine. If choosing a dessert bar, I recommend 3-4 options for a variety of dessert.

  • Unfortunately I do not. If you’re choosing the dessert table option, I’m happy to consult on types/sizes of platters but I do not have any to rent out. If you have platters and choose delivery for your dessert table, I will set up the table with the platters given.

  • For weddings, a 50% non-refundable deposit is due within one week of sending the invoice and the remaining amount is due one week before the wedding date.

    I accept zelle, check, and all major credit cards over the phone. I can also do venmo with an additional transaction fee.

  • I understand that wedding plans can sometimes shift, and I always do my best to approach any changes with care and understanding. Because each wedding date is reserved specifically for you, refund decisions are based on the timing of the cancellation and the circumstances involved.

    Cancellations made 6 months or more before the wedding date are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.


    Cancellations made within 3 months of the wedding date are eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit.


    Cancellations made less than 1 month before the wedding date are non-refundable.

    I’m always happy to talk through unexpected situations on a case-by-case basis and will make decisions with as much fairness and compassion as possible.
